        崗位職責Responsibility,
        a. Mainly assist with Customer Service Manager for the daily order process for current customers.
        b. Working cross-functionally to deliver products/services in accordance with customer expectations and company policies.
        c. Answering and dealing with all customer queries (orders, payments, claims and deliveries/shipping) in deep link with our internal services: administration, production, quality and warehouse.
        d. Handling customer’s emails promptly in a professional manner without delaying and able to escalate information precisely.
        e. Being responsible for customer satisfaction for a portfolio of customers measured via customer surveys and other methodology.
        f. Developing expertise on company products and services.
        g. Supporting Sales Team to eliminate their involvement in non-sales activities.
        h. Working with Finance department to provide timely and accurate sales/collection information to management team.
        i. Ensure that all orders and all relevant data are entered into the ERP (JDE) system and that the system is utilized as per design requirements and done so accurately.
        j. Ensure good housekeeping and hygiene standards to international standards.
        k. Ensure good health and safety practice within the department.
        l. Performing any tasks or assignment that may be assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
        
        崗位要求Requirements,
        Education Requirements
        a. Possess a Degree in commercial or any other related economic discipline
        Skills
        b. Experience in handling shipments for sea and air is a must. Knowledge of Incoterms is compulsory and experience in L/C negotiation is an added asset
        c. Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and etc)
        d. Experiences of ERP (JDE)
        e. Good organizational skills and willingness to accept responsibilities
        f. Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to achieve excellent service
        g. Ability to set priorities. Must be able to multi-task and able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing accuracy of work. Meticulous and precise
        h. Good command in both written and spoken English
        Working Experience
        i. Minimum 2 Years in similar functions and preferably from similar industry.
